Rokas Morkūnas supports policy activities on Digital Economy Policy, Food and Agriculture, Environment and Energy and Trade. He also contributes to the work on Chemicals and SMEs and is actively engaged with Business at OECD’s outreach activities to expand the Business at OECD Associated Expert Groups network. Rokas previously gained professional experience working with the United Nations in New York and in public policy consultancy in Vilnius. He also has international and national volunteering experience working with the Lithuanian Government on education.
Rokas holds a Masters Degree in International Security, focusing on Diplomacy and a Bachelor‘s Degree in Political Science from Sciences Po Paris. He is a Lithuanian national, fully fluent in English with good knowledge of French and basic Russian.
He joined Business at OECD in 2019.
