Hiroki Tamura is on secondment from The Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company, Limited, where he worked for 7 years. He contributes to Business at OECD’s work on Blockchain Expert Group, Consumer Policy Committee, Governance and Regulatory Committee, Anti-Illicit Trade Expert Group, and Health Committee.
Prior to joining Business at OECD, he worked as a policy researcher at The Dai-ichi Life Research Institute Inc., a subsidiary of Dai-ichi Life Insurance based in Tokyo, mainly in charge of Health and Digital Policy.
Hiroki holds a Bachelor‘s Degree in economics from Nagoya University Japan and is fluent in Japanese and English.
