Hiroki Tamura is on secondment from the Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company, Limited, where he worked for 7 years. He contributes to Business at OECD’s policy work of our Health Committee, Consumer Policy Committee, Governance and Regulatory Policy Committee, Education Policy Committee, Blockchain Expert Group, and Anti-Illicit Trade Expert Group. He also supports the Executive Director on Board-related matters.
Prior to joining Business at OECD, he worked as a policy researcher at the Dai-ichi Life Research Institute Inc., a subsidiary of the Dai-ichi Life Insurance based in Tokyo, mainly in charge of Health and Digital Policy.
Hiroki holds a Bachelor‘s Degree in economics from Nagoya University Japan and is fluent in Japanese and English, with basic French.
